Beyond happy with this rug! It was my first time ordering off of this site, but definitely won’t be my last.

Not as pictured

I was excited to see this rug in person but was disappointed when I unrolled it today. The quality feels cheap, although with the sales on this site I guess you get what you pay for. There is an almost iridescence to the rug in strange areas that makes it much lighter than in pictures. It reads more white/light-beige in person but pictures make it appear darker. The pattern is fairly busy with the faux-vintage streaks through it. I plan to return it even though I’ve heard the return fee is a bit much.

This is a nice rug but the rug has a white glow from most angels that I did not expect. I wanted a rug of medium darkness and this is lighter than I expected. Sure, if you stand in certain areas and look at the rug, you don't see the white glow. But I don't want the white glow look from any direction. I will try again with Well Woven Rugs. I'm confident they are a good company.

Unpacking

Rug arrives factory rolled and may have creases from packaging and storage. Normally flattens within 5-7 days. Expedite by rolling, pattern side up, and massaging creases to loosen them. Laying out in a sunny room helps further loosen the backing.

Cleaning

Vacuum regularly with non-beater bar vacuum. For spills, remove excess and blot with a clean cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Repeat with a solution of water and detergent. Finish by blotting with water and a clean white cloth.

Rug Pad

Use of a rug pad is recommended to reduce slipping and extend the life of your rug.
The pad's can keep your rugs in place and prevent them from bunching and sliding while children or pets are playing or during normal daily use.

Long-Term Care
